1. What MigraPulse Is

MigraPulse is a personal migraine tracking application designed to help you log symptoms, identify patterns, and better understand your migraines.

MigraPulse is not:

• A medical device

• A diagnostic tool

• A substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment

Always consult a qualified healthcare provider with questions about your health. Never disregard professional medical advice or delay seeking it because of something you've logged in this app.

2. Using the App

Your Responsibilities

• You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you log

• You are responsible for backing up your data (via the export feature) if you want to preserve it

• You must be at least 13 years old to use MigraPulse

Your Data

• All migraine entries are stored locally on your device

• We do not have access to your health data

• If you delete the app, your data will be permanently deleted unless you've exported it

3. Medical Disclaimer

MigraPulse provides tools to track and visualise your migraine history. The insights, patterns, and suggestions generated by the app are based solely on the data you provide and are intended for informational purposes only.

This app does not:

• Diagnose any medical condition

• Recommend treatments

• Replace consultation with a doctor or healthcare professional

4. Using the Website

Contact Form

When you submit a message through our contact form, we collect:

• Your name (if provided)

• The content of your message

This information is used solely to respond to your inquiry. We do not share it with third parties or use it for marketing unless you've also subscribed to our newsletter.

Newsletter

When you sign up for our newsletter, we collect your email address. Our newsletter is managed by Loops, a third-party email service provider.

• We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the app
