Information the App Accesses

Voice & Speech Recognition

MigraPulse uses your device's microphone to enable voice logging. When you speak, your voice is processed using Apple's built-in Speech Recognition framework.

• Voice input is used solely to transcribe your spoken words into text

• Audio is not recorded or stored by MigraPulse

• Speech recognition may be processed on-device or via Apple's servers, depending on your device and settings. Please refer to Apple's Privacy Policy for details on their speech recognition services
  
  

Health & Migraine Data

MigraPulse allows you to log migraine symptoms, severity, triggers, and related notes.

• All entries are stored locally on your device using iOS secure storage

• Your data is never uploaded to our servers or any third-party service

• We have no ability to access, view, or retrieve your health data
  
  

Biometric Authentication (Face ID / Touch ID)

If you enable biometric lock, MigraPulse uses Apple's LocalAuthentication framework to verify your identity.

• Biometric data is handled entirely by iOS

• MigraPulse never accesses or stores your biometric information

Data Export

You may choose to export your migraine history for personal use or to share with a healthcare provider. This is entirely optional and under your control.

Information We Do NOT Collect

• Personal identifiers (name, email, phone number)

• Location data

• Device identifiers for tracking

• Usage analytics or behavioral data

Third-Party Services

MigraPulse does not integrate with third-party analytics, advertising, or tracking services.

The only third-party involvement is Apple's Speech Recognition service, which is governed by Apple's own privacy policy.

Data Security

Your migraine data is protected using iOS file protection, which encrypts your data when your device is locked. If you enable biometric authentication, an additional layer of security is applied.

Children's Privacy

MigraPulse is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this privacy policy from time to time. Any changes will be reflected with an updated "Last updated" date at the top of this page.

Your Rights
